What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item if you’re not completely satisfied.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and include all original tags and packaging.

In order to start a return, please email support@bramleyandhart.co.uk requesting your return. 

Provide us your email and order number to start your return.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; include your return tracking number by email so we can process your refund

 

Please note: Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags cannot be accepted for return.

We’ll provide you with a return reference number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.


What are your delivery costs?

We’re pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

There are no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom.

We are working to expand our delivery options in the future.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use this number to track your parcel online and view real-time updates from the courier.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after dispatch.
